“I went for my son to get him lunch. My son is on the spectrum and I wanted him to order his own food. He wouldn't speak up but the patience of the employee was something g to be observed. She was excellent. Thank you young lady. That was awesome for you to have the patience to let my son finish his order. This was an awesome experience!“
“Had the four for four . Took a while to get it. Me and one other customer in the store.... Brought me my food, didn't want to, told him I would pay him, then he gladly did. ( I'm disabled, oxygen, use a cane etc. My feet were killing me at the time.)“
“If they would train the employees with the Wendy's Rewards Program/App everything would be A+ out of all the Wendy's there is only a handful that will honor rewards or, in the case of Little Rock Wendy's know how to initiate, execute, & fulfill the rewards program.“

“The restaurant was clean and well organized and the staff was well trained and friendly. All 4 of the employees acknowledged me when I walked in the door my order served to me in a few minutes after placing it. Yesterday November 4th around 2pm I ate at the Cajun chicken restaurant Wendy's next door neighbor, there were 6 or 7 employees on duty and it took almost 25 minutes for them to serve me 6 cold chicken wings. The young man working the front counter at the chicken restaurant was very slow and spoke in a whisper, nobody could understand him, good thing most people know how to order fast food lolNice job to the Wendy's manager and his staff you guys are doing a great job ??“
“I was able to sit in here in peace and study and write poetry. I cannot say the same about the tropical smoothie next-door where I feel like a criminal sitting there for hours studying. Also I am in love with the fireplaces in all tye Wendy's.“
“I work here and have been for the past 4 weeks. The problem with the Long wait is that we’re often understaffed. Most often new recruits are in Highscool, which leaves us in a difficult spot. On top of that we’re on a very busy street, we’re often on a none stop rush. Back window which where I’ve been working the most is finally open since there’s enough people for now.“
“Best wendys in arkansas! Great staff. Whenever I'm working on this side of town I come here. Food is always hot and fresh. Shout out to Dominique and Jordan. Every time they see me walk in the door they already know what I want and have it ready asap, sometimes before i finsh placing the order and paying. Other wendys as well as other fast food joints need to use this one as an example of how to do it right.“
“The food was prepared fast. The fries were fresh and delicious. I will say the lettuce in the grilled chicken wrap was not as fresh as I would have liked and the chicken was a little hard in a few places but otherwise the food was fast and tasty. The inside of the store had standing water accumulating in the floor beside the fountain machine. There was a yellow caution ⚠️ sign but I still slipped and almost fell. ??♀️. 3 out of 5 stars ✨Parking: Parking is around the drive thru then back around in the front.“
