Mostly good moat of the time. It's your typical DQ that Americana is known for. Friendly staff, decent food most of the time, fair prices for the most part. This is on a busy street and can be hard to get into and out of at times, but mostly doable. There's more parking in back than most people realize, but not much for pickup trucks with trailers.
The service here was amazing and my family loved everybody. The food was amazing although they burnt my cheese curds. You can definitely tell it has changed over the past year and i definitely want to come again.Kid-friendliness: One of the boys saw my kid upset and gave him his cowboy hat until we left. This boy was so kind and my kids loved him.

All the workers were polite. Store was clean. Food was exactly as it should be. Wait time was a little long but they were apologetic and it was out of their control. The store was very busy.
