Can’t remember his name but he is either shift manager or shift lead, he knows how to talk to people and how to provide customer service. I have seen him go above and beyond and all with a smile and a thank you. He is the reason why I continue to get my pre-work large iced caramel coffee with a shot of espresso.
Got up top late for breakfast at hotel, and too late for breakfast. They still offered a few breakfast items, but we went for an early lunch instead. Nice of them to offer limited breakfast..

I give it 3 stars for food because shakes don't vary much in quality. Mine, however was fairly runny. I used the restroom while I waited for my order. The restroom was not super bad. But it was definitely in need of more than a general wipe down. Atmosphere would have been amazing if it was clean. Service was actually ?.
