Food is usually cold. I rarely ever go there and not get pulled around for them to bring food out instead of receiving through window, even when ordering online. The food is just thrown together. The drive-through staff is rarely friendly, and I have been several times where the food tasted off like it was out of date. This place has had terrible or non-existent management for a few years with random good spells every now and then. Then the prices were increased and the last few times I paid 20.00 or more for food that was cold or room temperature, not packaged correctly, over sauced, and took forever to get.

When I used to order here for lunch, the food was always fresh and I always got my correct order. But, when I have ordered in the evening for dinner, the food doesn't seem close to fresh. And the last time we ordered there for dinner, everyone that ate a 5 layer burrito ended up with diarrhea and vomiting.
