When I tried to enter the establishment on Dec 26th, 2023 @ 8:42pm the door was locked. I had to go around to the drive-thru window on foot (see video). Luckily the employee manning the window was polite and allowed me to place my order (which is the ONLY reason this gets 2 stars instead of 1).*Plus one extra star (totalling 3) for the fast service and good burger which I eagerly consumed.Parking: Relatively small parking lot but it's rarely full because most business is drive-through.
The black general manager there (older black lady that keeps a roller set) is rude as hell and I can tell she is the same way to the staff. Get her some training real fast before y'all have an altercation on y'all's hands that stains your company. If I tell you the conversation I had with her on the drive thru intercom you'd be shocked there are people still ignorant at that age.
