Chose to use the drive thru Feb 10th at around 1:00. We waited in line after ordering for 25 minutes. The food was horrible the chicken tasted like air. The wait was ridiculous. We chose here because lines were everywhere else and we were in a hurry and didn’t want to wait. But we did. Just drive up the road to chickfila don’t waste your time. Possibly the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to.

Me and my wife go here all the time because we think this is one of the best but this is the 2nd time where I ordered $20 something worth of food and when I pull up to the window, they advise that we are only taking cash. That is something you need to tell the customer at the speaker before you order. We were there on 2/21/24 when we got there we were told it would be 20 minutes by the time the chicken was ready which I understand. Then as we were waiting the guy cooking the chicken steps outside and talks on the phone . Then he goes back in and doesn’t even washes he’s hands. Then you have two more employees go outside come back and continue and don’t even wash there hands . Mind you we’re observing all this while waiting for our chicken.
