Was looking for a quick hot meal. The staff seemed short hand but the food was made fresh. The gentleman with the salt and pepper hair did something that wasn't really given in fast food, which was deliver some excellent customer service. All he did was verbally confirm our order with us before letting us leave. We were able to make sure our large fries weren't forgotten and he was quick to retrieve said missing item it was just refreshing to see other people care in a society...read full review

I love Rallys over all fast food hamburger places, but this location disappointed us. The hamburgers were smaller than normal, the bacon burgers had only 2 small strips and wasn't crisp. The fries were soggy, the shake wasn't thick. Taste of the food was still good that's the reason for 4 stars. I had to ask for more napkins, originally only given 2 for a large order.
