I've been going to Red Lobster almost every year for my birthday since I was 16 years old. (decades). Food basically tastes the same but disappointed that they have reduced the amount of food they serve and charge more. The service was fair...asked for ketchup and was halfway done with my meal before we had to get up to get it. Ordered the coke slaw, never received it. We went fairly early for dinner, so there wasn't a rush of customers, so no actual reason for the half hazard...read full review
Our server displayed excellent service. He deserves a raise. He treated us like he enjoyed his job, and was eager to please. And was very prompt to get us what we wanted or needed. Our memories are failing us, we can't remember his name, but he was a tall black Male, with dreadlocks. Best service we've had in years. The food, well i loved mine, but my husband could barely eat his steak, kinda tough, and chewy, but his other items were fine.

The chedder biscuits were deflated. And the all you can eat shrimp was so so. Not great for red lobster as I have had much better lunch at other red lobsters elsewhere. Staff was nice and the place was clean and sufficient.
