“Sooo, my family are visiting here in Pine Bluff, Arkansas and had a hankering for some Subway this Super Bowl Weekend. We had coupons and first wanted to make sure if this location accepted our Subway coupons? They stated they do accept Subway coupons ?We are a family of four so each sandwich request is unique. This young man was the best sandwich maker at Subway that I had seen in a long time!!! His rapport was excellent!! I appreciated his being patient & thorough with our orders so much I told my husband this young man is truly a leader and needs to be in Management!! “I was asked to park to wait for my order of eight chicken tenders. I waited twenty minutes. My tenders never arrived. I went inside and six people were standing around in the kitchen. I inquired about my order. The kitchen had not prepared my order. Sad“

I only gave it three stars on the atmosphere because on this particular day they were having some Plumbing issues which was no fault of the management.Kid-friendliness: It is one of the few fast food restaurants where I have not heard the staff using profanity, I did not even hear profane music in the parking lot or the drive-thruWheelchair accessibility: They have tables for people with wheelchairs and would be both accessible and comfortable dining because I have used the a wheelchair, and still deal with mobility issues“

“Early morning cravings. Today I had the pleasure of visiting this location and getting customer Service from young man named King. I came in with a coupon I received in the mail and he patiently explained the terms of conditions for future reference and helped me get the best deal available. I ordered a build your own chicken sandwich with a plethora of fresh toppings. All produce and ingredients were fresh. I must say I love subway and been to multiple subway locations across the country and this is literally the only subway I've been in where there weren't flies. “Well, my 75 year elderly mother had a Dr appointment today and always has to have Churches Chicken to take back home. We ordered the 12 pc mixed $35 it was delicious... the customer service was remarkable.. there was a male customer the inside lobby talking loud to the gentleman behind the counter but, he apologized the young man said your the customer you don't owe me an apology I said yes he does so except it ! There inside lobby and outside could use a major facelift. I didn't take pictures but, all were cooked to order and my mommy enjoyed her wings, slaw and wings honey biscuit. . Thank you...“
“My family calls this "the good rally's" because we have two Rallys near our house and this one is actually a little bit further away BUT its always worth the extra miles to get the good rallys. The customer service here is amazing. Always have a wonderful attitude even at 145am when they're fixing to close the lady who takes your order is smiling and so kind. They always have their ice cream machine on unlike the other rallys which is a big win to me and my family and the food is just down right cooked better! Can't say enough great things about "the good Rally's"“
