You choose your own bowl of food by picking from a layout of various food items, as well as offerings of different sauces. They then cook it up on a very unique cooking surface and bring it to you at your table. Mine was quite tasty, with the exception of the squid that was extremely rubbery. Only one employee spoke and understood English as far as I could tell, with all looking Mongolian.

The food is excellent! You pick out what's in it so if it isn't it's basically your fault anyway! You can definitely get your money's worth if you know how to pack your bowl!
