We decided not to go in to eat, but to go through the drive thru instead.This decision was based on the overall outside look of the facility, leading us to think that if the workers did not take pride enough in their job to wipe down the glass double doors that were so badly covered in smears of dirtiness, the dirtiest I've seen anywhere, then most likely they do not take the time to keep the buffet food area wiped down, therefore we figured we'd order some food to bring home.The...read full review

It's like everytime I come to the search ar. KFC,They never ever have what they advertise on their drive through menu. If your not gonna have what you got on your menu. Isn't that like false advertising,?? I probly won't come back here because the knight shift takes to long to come to the drive through window.hsd to wait twenty five minutes before anyone even looked at the window. Kfc Searcy...i Pulled up to speaker lady said can I take your order ,so I ordered then she said she couldn't hear me so I ordered 2 more times and she claimed she couldn't hear me again and then lady said it's not her fault she can't hear me ..I was like well then ...so I Pulled around to window and I said "can your hear me now " she said let me get someone else's to take your order...she needs to work on her customer service js .
