I worked there 20 years ago when I hired on they didn't tell me they didn't let employees go to restroom, I asked the blonde hateful manager to cover me at the front counter I needed to go to restroom, she refused, so I politely told the line of customers that I had to use the restroom and I was very sorry for their inconvenience but I don't work at places with can't use restroom policies. They need to get their act together. 30 minutes for those of us in the lobby while they throughput all the drive thru folks. They cheat their system by hitting the button to clear and then have to call out what they need. So as part of our meal gets cold on the ledge, the rest has yet to be made. Horrible service and efficiency.The manager stays in the back when asked for help. It is 9pm and very low lobby traffic. Took 45 minutes to get food. At least they remade our cold food.

AWFUL. That is the only word I can think of to describe this miserable outing with my father. No, my father was not miserable, It was the FOOD and SERVICE. The burger was drier than the sahara desert and the fries were as wet and soggy as the Amazon Rainforest. Not to mention, it took around 10 minutes to get our food. I had waited all night for this! The only good part was the Dr. Pepper.
