My original order got messed up. I called and talked to one of the managers and explained what happened. They were very friendly and understanding, and offered to remake my entire meal very professional and good food.
I like their food, but last time I was there they gave me a very small "large" Zax Snax meal. Bought this for my dad and had to get him something from somewhere else because it was so small

I work all over the country. This was probably the best i have had from Zaxbys in months. Prepared as it should be. I did have to wait a few minutes for my order to be taken. But that's everywhere nowadays when you go inside.
