“Susan's is ALWAYS wonderful. I have never had a bad experience there. My son got the ribeye steak and sides of okra. His steak was cooked exactly how he asked for it to be and came with cornbread and a roll thanks to an amazing waiter. I ordered the chopped sirloin and onions with okra, mashed potatoes and gravy, and green beans as my sides with cornbread. Our meals were both perfect and there wasn't a crumb left on either of our plates.Our host even pulled out our chairs for us to sit, our waiter was amazing and very attention even though he had many tables, the service was just phenomenal and the lady at checkout even complimented my eyeglasses.We love Susan's and will continue to make the almost hour drive there without any regrets!“
“The ribs and crunchy shrimp with raspberry sauce are my two favorite main dishes. Their spinach artichoke dip is a great starter. The Chocolate Mess is my favorite finisher for dessert! This location is clean with fast, friendly service and excellent food quality. We come here often and would recommend it as both family friendly and date night worthy.“
“This place wasn't bad. They have a small menu but our burgers were good. The fries were a little too salty for my liking but not bad overall. They didn't have much of a drink menu either, only having two hard ciders to pick from. The blackberry one was really good and just one glass got me feeling a mini buzz...which I'm totally down for.The waitress was really nice and friendly. She even gave us some places to check out while we were in the area visiting. I would come back if we do end up moving to the area.“
“We love this place. I’ve gotten Westside for 20 years or so now, and while I miss the nostalgia of the old location, can’t complain that the new location is more convenient to where I live! My 7yo son also loves Westside.Great burgers, perfect crispy fries, and fantastic service always!“

“Noticed the restaurant on our search for the train station. On the way back towards the hotel, stopped in for early supper. Wasn’t disappointed at all. Great food, excellent staff, comfortable seating. Highly recommend and will be back.“
“This is a great hidden gem right off the bike trail. The chicken salad sandwich was amazing. The cherry pie was the best that I've had in a long time. The orange rolls were unique and quite good. Very nice and helpful staff. So glad we stopped.“
“Most of the time we always get this kind of result. I really like their food. I always have. We had a great server who was quick and friendly and enjoyed her company. No problems with the food we bought my favorite thing at Cracker Barrel. Is there pancakes in the morning? They’re great sometimes I order just one after my dinner as a dessert.“
“I went to the Waffle House north of Northwest medical center and it was terrible so I came to this location. This is an awesome Waffle house, great food, great service and clean. I would highly recommend this location stay away from the other one.“

“Crowded and waited a little for a table. We went for the blackened catfish an catfish nuggets. Food was real good but did not enjoy the fries or chipotle tarter sauce. The sauce reminds me of thousand Island and tartar sauce. The fries we ALL the left over runts which most were hard. Overall good meal.“
“We stopped here for a bite shortly after landing at NWA , and we’re so glad we did ! Our server Lavonda was amazing ! So friendly and attentive throughout our meal. The servers assisting her , seating us and taking our drink order were also very sweet and helpful in explaining the menu . The ribs, Cajun chicken , and jambalaya pasta were all very well seasoned and tasty . We also had the blueberry cobbler a la mode to cap off our meal and it was perfect ! We will absolutely come here again next time we’re in the area .Kid-friendliness: Kids meal was inexpensive and filling .“
