I was only car in drive thru, and just a couple of folks inside already eating. Service was slow. Decided to try the new chicken strips. They were very dry & chewy, had probably been sitting under warmer for awhile. BTW they do not taste like the normal KFC seasoning is on them.

I went through the drive through today and ordered two $5 box meals. The side order was wrong on one order and the drink was wrong on the other order. Both of my orders were for the SAME THING. How do you get that wrong?

I repeated my order twice and they still got it wrong on this visit and last visit the mashed potatoes that is supposed to feed 4 people was only enough for 2. The container was only half full
