As Soon As I Walked Through The Door, I Was Greeted With A Smile & A Hello From The CSR Behind The Counter. She Was Attentive & Accommodating. I Placed My Order & Watched As My Meal Was Made FRESH. My Burger Was Hot With The Cheese Melted Perfectly. My Fries Had Just Come Out of The Grease & My Pineapple Mango Lemonade Was Bursting With Fruit Flavors. Great Experience From Beginning To End.

This is sad, when even Wendy's is going downhill. Had to ask another worker if someone was going to come to the counter and take my order. Ordered a single meal. The burger was more like what used to be a McDonald's $1 burger. Only pickles and onions. NO lettuce or tomato. Only after I asked did they mention that they are out of those toppings. I got fries and a burger, it was okay. The fries weren't very hot and the order took a very long time to get out. I understand they may be under staffed, but my friend has to get their burger remade 3 times ? because they needed their burger without buns (celiacs disease).
