The service was good. I could tell they were short on help that day, but they were making it happen. I didn't realize that the kiosk puts your order on hold if you don't pay at the kiosk.
I ordered a sausage muffin and a large ice coffee. Tell me why McDonald's doesn't know how to make a regular ice coffee with just cream & SUGAR. They always want a flavor but I do not like the flavors. I just like simple cold coffee.I have been to McDonalds all over the country and it seems mostly all McDonalds will ring up my "regular" ice coffee as a plain ice coffee. Which then I receive a large black ice coffee. No cream. No sugar. It gets annoying! So annoying I started carrying...read full review

The food we got was wrong. We typically check our orders before leaving the drive thru, but in this case, we didn't because we were in a hurry. We asked for a iced coffee, instead we got a hot coffee in a cup with no ice. They also left out our Coke. I mean not much more to expect from a McDonald's. But when it hits, it hits, when it doesn't, its terrible!
