This place is Never a disappointment! The food is hot, freshly made to order. Always fast friendly service! Good fish and shrimp, livers and gizzard, and chicken! All the normal sides which as also good! Give them a try!!! Just out of view from the road but they do have a sign at the road! Highly Recommend if you like fried foods!
First the food especially the fish is cooked and seasoned to perfection the desserts are delicious but the staff is so friendly and nice I love the atmosphere. My son lives in Jonesboro and every time he comes home he treats us to Sam's. My go to fish place.

Authentic Southern family-style restaurant. Portions are huge and always include some lagniappe. You can get many items fried or broiled. Our extended family (there are 8 households of us living on the same block and a couple of others around town) descend upon the place en masse a couple of times a year; sometime without any or limited notice. Never been a problem. Good food; and a friendly, patient wait staff. Food is cooked on site as ordered.
