It seems like every time we visit this location there is an issue. This time the paper on the straw was soaked and outside of the cups nasty as well. They should be wiped off or at least offered a napkin. We had to ask for some. I'm sure that sounds petty, but I want to enjoy my drink, not wear it...
Extremely slow ordered food at 10:11 food arrived at 10:34, this is with only 3 cars there and me ordering a burger and fries. Think after 20 min it would be nice hot and fresh....wrong, all of it was cold. Lady that took my payment had an attitude on top of that. Gotta say you're really killing it sonic ??
