Went through the drivethru waited a long time for the car in front of me to place their order. It 1st seemed like it was the customers fault and took a long time anout 10-15mons, but when I got to the speaker to place my order the attendant asked me to hold on a minute, but actually about 7mins. The cars cars behind me started honking then the attendant came back. I placed my order. It took about another 10-15min before I was threw and off with my food. Horrendous service, I asked to “please drop new product into the fryer and to have my fries without salt”…. they gave me nuggets from the drawer and cold fries with salt lol. Please save yourself some time and go to SmashBurger right up the road, don’t be expect good customer service or have high expectations for this place.
