First time here, so I ordered the Teriyaki chicken with fried rice because if that's not good, then there's a good chance I won't like anything else.The fried rice was basically perfect. No criticism there.The chicken was cut very thin, so it wasn't very tender, but also not overcooked.The teriyaki sauce was too thin for my liking. This was my first time, and I will be coming back. Food was excellent quality with tons of flavor. This is a family owned establishment, and service was excellent. They are attentive, polite, and kind. If you haven't tried East Asian Bistro, I definitely recommend it.
