I got such a small amount of fries, I felt like I was being punked. The sandwich had just a drop of Cane's sauce literally. I asked for a side and was charged another 75 cents for this little bitty container of sauce. The fries were cold and the lettuce cooked and got yucky because they put it under the hot meat again.
So I understand it was busy. But curbside pickup is supposed to be curbside. We get there, park, check in, and we wait. Waiting waiting, waiting, and finally, I get fed up & I ask my husband to go see what the hold up is. He goes inside & our order is just sitting on the counter. No alert, no notification that we needed to come inside. Nothing. Next time, I would just appreciate a notification, that's all. That way, we're not waiting outside.
