“I am always going to be slightly biased when I rate one of these potbelly locations only because there’s sandwiches, to me, are that damn good. OK, fan. Talk aside, this location is exemplary. The six or so times I have been there, regardless of the line, the folks working there are engaging and warm to the customers. I will drive blocks out of my way for their tuna, and that’s probably my least favorite sub from them because I only get it when I’m not feeling very well. It’s soothing, kinda like if chicken noodle soup became a sandwich. I digress, but all of this to say that this location is outstanding. It’s always clean, the food is always fresh and well prepared, and everybody there seems like they actually really want to be there.“
“It's inside the gas station store. I'm not sure if it's always understaffed or if it's because we went late, which is around 9.30 pm. There was only one person serving, so the line was a bit slow. But the food is as good as any subway place. The person was very nice to talk to and with a nice smile on his face.“
“Just ate the best Philly style cheese stake that reminds me of the East Coast Baltimore brands juicy & delicious. It had big strips of grilled flavorful beef, grilled onions, bell peppers, jalapeños, mushrooms & extra provolone cheese. Fresh off the grill.. omg & topped with their own brand sweet honey mustards sauce & yes mayo and OMG the flavors just send my mouth to the stars & back. Delicious!! ?. What I love the most is how they layered the beef on the 8-inch sandwich that with every bite, you had beef & veggies. It's like eating artwork perfection. Lol ? A shout out to Emir order taker as he suggested that sandwich - "The Big Kahuna Chicken" I substitute for beef. Great customer serviceThe store is very clean & has a restroom & free parking. “In the 8 years that Fred and me have been together, I have never seen that man get teary eyed......BUT today was the day!! He went out to get us some lunch from Subway here in Avondale, Az. young kid working behind the counter help him with his order. After Fred had ordered want he wanted this very young kid turned around to Fred and said "YOUR LUNCH SIR TODAY IS ON ME" and thanked him for his service. Now Fred totally lost it, it's like he says, this young kid has probably just send a good part of his day's earning on paying for Fred's lunch and he wasn't going to insult him by refusing him. In this younger generation that is all about "ME" it's nice to know that there are still parents out there raising kids with knowledge, honor, respect and manners. A big THANK YOU to the parents but a especially a BIG THANK YOU TO THAT YOUNG MAN!!“
“Today my fiancé and I went to subway, 01/08 around 130pm. We've been going to this location for years. Today we had the best service and one of the best sandwiches. A young man by the name of Michael helped us. He did a great job and was very polite, a true subologist! Great job Michael!!“
“This JJ has some great customer service ?. Staff will greet you as soon as you walk in ?? and are quick to take your order. The inside is always clean and relaxing. If you want to take your meal outside, there is also table and chairs to seat. Sandwiches are pretty good but pricey compared to other restaurants. The soda machine is limited to only a few flavor drinks. Also, JJ does only cold subs and no hot subs, which is a bummer. There's plenty of parking ?️ spots.Parking: Never an issue with parking. Plenty of parking space.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a few parking spots available for handicap.“
“Love shopping local. Better food and service than the chain sandwich shops and pretty sure we got out of there cheaper too. Next visit I need to save room to try the Cherry milkshake. Side note, it was 70° inside when it's 115° outside. So many restaurants don't get that it sucks to sweat and eat in an 80° dining room.“

They went over and above to ensure our visit was enjoyable and we had everything we wanted. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, but this place nailed it!
