I don't like the new order machines for one we live in a senior community if they see you then yes sometimes they do try to help you but most time not and I don't believe that we should put in our order it's like we're doing the job but yet they're getting paid The extra money that they wanted to get and yet they cut back on the work that doesn't make sense either if they're making 15 plus an hour then they should be able to take our order and I notice once they put those machines...read full review

They are going more digital, as in no more talking to a person to give them your order you walk up to a kiosk. I think that's unfortunate, and it takes away from your experience. Today's society respectful social skills are dwindling hard core, and I think going even more impersonal is the wrong way forward.

This place used to be pretty decent. But now it's just blah, I do not necessarily have anything negative to say. I'm kind of in the middle as "it's all right*, lol. But like most major chains. You kind of know what your going to get, lol.
