Only order chicken because plates don’t come with Togo order even if you request on app. Manger says the do not give plates on Togo orders anymore. Good luck keeping your new restaurant open with that kind of service. How do we eat in hotel room or away from home. I will get at grocery store next time so I can buy

I ordered an 8pc meal in store and had to wait about 15 minutes. There we other customers that also ordered. The employee came to the counter to explain to them that one of the items wasn't available. A little while later, he came back and called out 8pc, so I took the took the order and left. Service is fast at most all KFCsI have been to locations over several states, and several within a few states. This one, in comparison to the others is meh, chicken was burnt. Possibly refried? Parts were very hard. And a couple other pieces of the 8, were ok. The coleslaw, a must have for me at kfc, was very bitter. The potatoes were good.Check out was fast, but refused my receipt?
