Went in a half hour before they closed and did not hesitate to serve me. Luckily it wasn't very busy. The food was great, just moved here from Massachusetts and glad I found this spot so I can still eat curry and oxtail. Staff was really polite and hard working.

We are visiting the Phoenix area and wanted something special for my birthday dinner. Ocean Blue did not disappoint. Raven was handling the front of the house by herself but did a great job, even rearranging tables for our group of 6. The drinks were tropical and tasty and the food was spicy and flavorful. My mother was nervous about spice but the curry shrimp was perfect for her. A great experience with both food and service.

Incredible experience,Authentic Jamaican Cuisine, This has been the very best restaurant I have been too, I had the oxtail with Rice and Beans with Yellow Plantain and the curry chicken.
