“My family and I recently had a dining experience at this restaurant that left us with mixed feelings. While the atmosphere, service, and quality of food were generally satisfactory, our experience was unfortunately marred by the inappropriate behavior of another customer at a neighboring table.During our meal, a customer nearby used inappropriate language towards the waitress. Despite the waitress's attempts to remain professional, this behavior noticeably affected everyone present, including families with children like ours. Disappointingly, the restaurant did not take effective measures to address this situation, such as reminding the customer of their conduct or asking them to leave if necessary, to maintain a pleasant dining environment.As a public place, and especially one frequented by families, we hoped for a comfortable and respectful setting. This includes not only high-quality food and service but also ensuring all customers adhere to basic social etiquette, particularly in the presence of children.While I understand that managing a restaurant is challenging and it's impossible to control all customer behavior fully, I still hope the restaurant will manage such situations more proactively in the future to ensure a pleasant dining experience for all patrons. I'm giving four stars because our server remained patient and smiled throughout our encounter, even when faced with rudeness. We look forward to seeing improvements so we can consider choosing this restaurant for dining again in the future.“
“I had been wanting to try this place for awhile now because I love sushi and they had really good reviews.I went t during lunch time and ordered their High 5 Premium Lunch, which consisted of 11 pieces of nigiri and a 5 piece roll. I had to ask the server what kind of roll it was and she stated spicy tuna. It didn’t have the vibrant red color I expected but yep did taste like spicy tuna. The nigiri pieces were very generous. I especially enjoyed the scallop nigiri. I would go back just for that.The server was very courteous and provided excellent customer service. She even gave complimentary miso soup to everyone in the restaurant which was unexpected and appreciated. For what they charge, I do think they should automatically include miso soup as part of their lunch and dinner specials.It’s a clean restaurant with a nice casual vibe.“
“Daughter and i had our lunch here for her Birthday...all we ordered were awesome and delicious. Daughter said every single roll has it's own distinct flavor, no 2 alike...that's good. Now for me..next time will be the Ramen you guys offer.“

“The bento boxes are a feast! If you like variety and Korean/Japanese food, you can not go wrong here. We always have leftovers, which amounts to another meal, especially with the bonchon they provide. The only complaint about the bento is that the fried chicken is not as fresh as the other offerings within the bento, very stringy and chewy. The bibimbap and jjigaes are good, but the quantity is where it shines.“
“So I ordered a poke bowl through Uber eats. I received someone else’s bowl by mistake however it was amazing lol. The portion size was huge. “Nothing to dislike. The sashimi salmon is the best in the country and the all the sushi is the best. You would think with such fancy and good food, it would take time to serve, but no. “First time there, real good experience. Got the middle tier, sushi lover, they go over the rules, not real complicated. The reviews that say don't load up on rolls because they're big size, that's true. But they are good. Some rice was a little mushy, some of the unagi sauce was a little much, but overall really good. And don't forget about the appetizers, those are really good too, and not big so you can try lots of them. The tuna nigiri sushi and the philly roll were our favorites. Service pretty quick for the most part. All in all, definitely glad we tried it out, probably will go back again, when I'm not still full.“
“I love Hon Machi so much. I have been eating here for almost 15 years! My son grew up on the miso soup and the best fried rice on the planet! “We come here every time we’re in town from Minnesota. We love the place and the sushi rolls are amazing. The drinks are amazing too.The service is really hit or miss. Depends on who’s working that day. Some of the staff just don’t have the ability to multitask and others are amazing.“

“Very impressed!I am NOT a conveyor belt sushi person!However, went to this place on a whim and was impressed. They’re ability to send out hot food to order through the conveyor belt system is amazing.What a lot of people fail to realize in some of these low star reviews is that they limit each dish to only two items at a time. The obvious reason for this is that they make the rolls and items fresh, thus making it limited supply.My biggest gripe in most conveyor belt sushi places is that you don’t really know how long the items have been in the conveyor belt.Outside of all of those things the food was amazing, I will be coming back!On top of everything, the waitress was super attractive (the yellow and black one with wheels ;)*Note - they also have real crab in the rolls and sushi!“
“Really want to know what is the brand of the house sake, I really liked it most of all. Some good food and a nice atmosphere. Did bring us some squid nigiri by mistake so we took that as a sign to try it, I didn't like it at all. But all the other food was good. The Teppanyaki is really fun and enjoyable.“

“Honestly I have tried to many places since moving to Arizona and I always see such good reviews and then try the sushi spot and it’s not good, but this place, 10/10. My new favorite spot!!!! Everything was so fresh. Spencer was our sushi chef and he was amazing! I am very picky when it comes to sushi but I would try anything here. Definitely will be coming back! I got the citrus roll and the zen roll this time and was so yummy. Can’t wait to try more!“
