The employee at the cash register was extremely rude. She said her name was “ Vanessa” ( picture below) I asked her if I can speak with someone about my poorly made items. She said there’s not one to talk any day/time. No one in charge. Please don’t go there, you can make amazingly smoothies at home for $35 bucks that we just threw away. She didn’t even have gloves on it and was touching the fruit with slimy hands. ? eww

I dont normally write reviews but the employee at the register was rude. Made the drinks poorly. My boyfriend ordered a pina colada boba and it tastes like she made coffee boba. Dumped it, then made the correct flavor and it just tastes disgusting. The service just really needs better work and boba drinks were just bad. The watermelon Agua Fresca was the only good thing

I found this little gem a week or so ago. The fresh smoothies are so good. I have tried Watermelon & Blueberry. Great smoothies and awesome staff. Jason & Alondra (sp) were awesome. Thanks Acapulco Tropical.

Fruit is not fresh, Ice cream looks burnt even the pork skins looked dried out, wished I took a picture to show you. PLEASE B CAREFUL, when you order fresh fruit items!

They have the best tasting Horchata in Flagstaff. It's better than Tacos Los Altos, Rilbertos, Gloria's Bakery, and La Placita Express. But they are also more expensive at $6.40 for 32 oz. If you take convenience (drive thru) and price into account, I think Tacos Los Altos is best for Horchata.

$6.40 for a large Horchata!!! I can get one at someburros or even next door at La Placeta Express for $2.99. Too bad place next door was out. What's almost as wild is that their credit card machine encourages tips when no service is provided. Guess the restaurant isn't making enough money gouging it's customers so they need you to compensate their workers too.Main issue is prices being nearly ballpark level coupled with the mentality that customers paying above market prices should further subsidize the employers by directly compensating employees so employers don't have to pay as much as they should. Shame on you and your Buisness model!

Stumbled here on accident and am sooooo happy we did! My kids, husband and I enjoyed our mango cups and strawberry/cream cup. 10/10 and will be back soon!

I have purchased the same item before (since they opened) and the prices matched their products. Every time I return, the price has gone up and their product has been much smaller. It has resulted in overpriced items.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, absolutely TRASH. Don’t waste your time here! especially with the boba was horrible, boba was WAY OVERCOOKED. I worked at a boba shop the worker was shook telling me I was wrong! “ it should be overcooked” like ok good luck getting people.

I wanted just celery juice. Just plain, straight up celery juice. I wanted to call ahead, and ask if they do that. No phone number on the Google page, no phone number on their website, which is only a Facebook page. So I decide to go there, and ask the same question in person. I asked one of the employees, “do you make just plain celery juice? Like in a juicer, where you put the vegetables through, and juice comes out the other end?” The employee said, “yes, we do that.” So I order that, pay them, and even give them a decent tip in their tip jar. After I pay, they told me that they just make the celery juice in a blender, adding water. Fine, but not what I asked for, not what I paid for. I said that I asked them specifically how they make it, and that they told me that they make it in a juicer. The other employees told me that the person who told me that doesn’t speak much English. Understandable, so I say, “no worries. I understand. I just want my money back, then.” They say that’s fine. They make a call to the owner. They then say that they cannot give me my money back, but just store credit. I say I do not want store credit, I just want my money back. They just look at me blankly. I tell them that the owner should put up a sign saying, “no refunds, just store credit.” More blank stares. I just walked away. This business is a waste of space.
