The owner Kris, really knew how to make me and my family feel like we were at home! Which is a big deal when your new to the area. Hands down the aspen deli, is a local treasure and a must stop in and try them out. If you love food from scratch made fresh, daily, do yourself a favor and pop on in. You won't regret it.
WHOA that was the best club sandwich I've ever had! I ordered the lumberjack club (I did substitute the pesto Mayo that usually comes on it for regular Mayo instead as I'm not a fan of pesto ever...) and I'm not exaggerating when I say it was perfect. The sandwich was massive, the sourdough bread perfectly toasted, the meats were truly top notch deli meat (boars head maybe), the bacon was thick cut and cooked perfectly crisp, and the lettuce and tomato fresh. Incredible experience today at the Aspen Deli. Sandwiches were delicious (we got the turkey avocado on sourdough with their house made chips and macaroni salad) 5 stars! The lemon zest in the salad was new for us and such an amazing surprise! So refreshing! Reagan waited on us and she was lovely! So sweet and attentive. We loved the dog friendly patio as well. Next time we’ll bring the puppy. If you want a great sandwich in Flagstaff stop here!
