I have come to this location at least 3 or 4 separate occasions specifically to get a milkshake, and every single time I have been told that the milkshake machine is broken. Makes me wonder if it’s really broken, or if the employees just don’t want to make a milkshake or clean the machine. Ordered a milkshake on the app, come to find out their machine was down. They said they couldn't refund us and that we had to do it through the app, which in other Burger King restaurants this has not been the case. We tried to refund through the app and it now says it will take up to 48 hours to receive a response from their support. We are from out of town. Worst fast-food meal we've ever had. First they forgot to salt the fries. I went back in and they just handed me salt. My kids were hungry so I didn't argue. Then when we got to the hotel, the lemonade was mostly water. The coke tasted funny like perfume, and two of the burgers were ice cold. Not even a little warm and it was only a 6 minute drive back to the room. It should have been warm.
