The staff at this location were so nice. Restaurant is clean and was conveniently located close to where we stayed. Our food tasted great and they did not skimp on the portion sizes like we’re use to back home.
Been going to chipotle for years. Sadly the flagstaff location doesn’t measure up. Katy time I was there the staff wasn’t very friendly except tjr guy that greeted us. They were waiting for the meat to be made and the staff just stood there letting the line pile up behind me when the cook had meat ready. The girl let my bowl sit there getting cold while waiting for the meat and looked really annoyed when I asked for a fresh bowl (I hate cold food). Then they were out...read full review

We looked at the seats and the floors and they were worse. There was rice all over the floor.
