Nice remodel. Food didn't quite hit the mark but I'll give it another shot. People need to remember cost of food has gone up significantly since they were last open so no complaints there, and I would pay more if the patties were thicker. Fries were over cooked. Limited hours isn't helping them open back up with all the demand.

A lackluster return for a former Flagstaff staple.We got the mama burger, GC burger, fries, tots and two shakes, $39. We were planning on the drive thru but it's still not open yet.Burgers were decent but seemed thinner/not enough toppings. Fries were chewier, not great. Service was good, but food took a while.Mostly disappointed with the more limited options and removal of some classic menu items that kept me coming back.At least we still have Diablo Burger.

So excited that Mama’s reopened - what a disappointment!! Burger was fair. Didn’t love the bun. But worst of all was the fries. They were mediocre at best and certainly not like the fries they used to have, which were amazing. We won’t be going back.

Loved it. They served everyone with a smile and they were just extremely busy. Met the owner. She was working hard and so wonderful. Outstanding food. Great experience. Highly recommend. We were tourists but most of the customers were locals and loved hearing their stories how they have waited more than a year for them to reopen.

I’m so sad tbh. they have completely changed and it’s so sad. they really were a treasure in flagstaff. I went in expecting the best and did not get it, they took so long to open and yet haven’t made it better tbh. The seating is horrible and crowded and they changed the menu (not in a good way)Basket of fries and tater tots are not available which is insane cause that was a staple, as well as none of it is seasoned so it’s honestly so disappointing.

Spent $50 on two moabs with tots, and two shakes. A la carte is pricey! The Moab changed a bit, and not for the better. Mayo and mustard doesn't work, and no green chilies!? Tots were great, but they ran out of ketchup while I was there. The fact they took away most of their shake menu in favor of 3 flavors and 4 mix ins is disappointing but understandable I guess. At least they have a shake of the month. The interior is fine but definitely doesn't have the same route 66 charm. Missing the old mama burger but fingers crossed they figure it out when they open full time in June.
The triumphant return of a local favorite does not disappoint. Great burger at the most reasonable price you will find in Flagstaff

I could not wait to have Mama Burger again when I saw they finally reopened after a thousand year renovation.Right off the bat, they've cut their menu into a third of what it was. Fine, the food is good enough I'll go any way, but had to hurry since they're only open for 4 hours of the day. What do you know when I get there? A handwritten note on the door that says they're closed Mondays and Tuesdays.Just going to pretend like it shut down for good however many years ago and keep the memory of when it was actually a good restaurant preserved lol.

A new beginning I suppose. The burgers are still the best. They have a new bun now. The fries are a big let down. Not the same. No seasoning. Everything is à la cart which means $$$. Shacks are still great! Not a big fan of the new interior. Miss the 66 feel of it. Also no more coke ??Pepsi products only?? I miss old Mama
