The Tzonteyōtl Na'ach'ąąh (Resistance Art) A Diné & Xikan@ Collaboration, part of the pilot ArtX Festival, held its post-performance reception on Saturday, May 27th at the Coconino Center for the Arts . The event was catered by Nancy at Simply Delicious. The food was delicious, healthy and arrived on time. We had a sudden death in our family and we were under a time crunch. Even though Simply Delicious was terribly busy on the day we held the memorial they worked us in. They were amazing to work with. Everything was done timely and with great care. At the end of the day people always remember the food and the food was SIMPLY DELICIOUS. There was not one single dish that wasn't fabulous.
