Staff was very friendly, much better than the other subway by Safeway. Subs were made perfectly. Staff both came out and talked with friendly hellos and conversation while making the subs. Everything looks very clean and working.
Usually the service is just fine, but tonight it was terrible. I ordered on the app which has always worked. It said my order would be ready at 550 pm. I got there at 555 pm and I was told that they weren’t ready because they got slammed. Meanwhile there’s only one guy working while another is washing dishes. Maybe he should have been helping make sandwiches? Plus there was no apology or nothing to try to make up for the sandwiches taking till 610 pm to be ready. And honestly...read full review

The food was made perfectly to my liking the young lady that made my sub was very polite she had a smile on her face I think she was the manager the store was very clean and I enjoyed my lunch I recommend if ur in Fountain Hills to come to this one.
