Get outta here. This place is ?.Wife had the XO Noodles. A little spicy, but very good. I had the fried rice with braised chicken. The flavors were amazing, but the texture of the chicken is far too soft. I excuse it because of the flavors... fried rice was a little oily, but only slightly so. Friend had the Shaking Beef. Casual dinning restaurant in the heart of Gilbert. Friendly service with nice ambiance. Happy available from open to 6 pm.I would recommend you to try pork belly and soft shell crab steamed buns. Pork ramen was good too. It’s a fusion style where they added kimchi to ramen and served with pork belly.I’m not very impressed with chicken katsu with Thai papaya salad. Chicken was dried. Thai salad is coleslaw with peanuts.

I recently dined at Clever Koi in February 2024 and sampled several dishes. The dumplings / buns were a standout, and we particularly enjoyed the XO noodles, which were both surprising and delicious. The shaking beef was exceptionally juicy and flavorful. The spicy kimchi ramen with chicken broth was a hit for spice lovers.
