Food was lovely but this girl named Penny was incredibly rude to my sister. In the drive thru, she didn’t communicate that there was another bag and closed the window and my sister and her boyfriend drove away. My sister called the place and Penny was rude, and when she came back to pick up the food, Penny was once again very rude and even complained in the back about her. The two guys in the front were very lovely, though. Overall, my family loves the place, just not Penny.
This is the BEST place ever!! They are so nice & their ice cream is DELICIOUS! William is the manager, I believe & he is super helpful & kind & personable.I've never gone to another Freddy's location but I don't even care to. This location is the absolute best.Definitely recommend here if you want the best ice cream in town.???????
