“The food is absolutely delicious. They bring the food out to you on an actual restaurant plate. They use real silverware. They check up on you to make sure everything was fine.I was pleasantly surprised how at home they made you feel. Most restaurants around here don't make you feel welcome. They were so pleasant.Eat in with these kind people. It's worth a few minutes to sit back and enjoy the food and the music.“
“OMG! THIS WAS AMAZING! Best BBQ in AZ. The brisket was smokey, smooth and cooked perfectly! The pulled chicken was outstanding! Mac n Cheese... not one elbow macaroni left in the dish! The homemade sauces are perfect (try the Arizona Gold for something different). Anyone who rates this places below a 5/5 is just wrong...“
“The carne asada burrito with green chili is tasty and the chai latte was amazing.I’d also like to point out that Ricki is a stellar employee. He was incredibly warm and friendly. He made the whole experience fun and welcoming. A huge thanks to him!“
“Just had their vegan burrito for the first time and it is delicious! So glad they have a vegan option, and a tasty one at that. The red + green salsas went great with it. The folks working the drive thru were also very nice. Will definitely be back!“
“Came across Fuzzy in Texas years ago, and instantly, it became my favorite go-to.When I moved back to Arizona a few years ago, I was looking up margarita places and was shocked and so excited when I saw Fuzzys! Having gone to 2 different locations in Texas, walking into the Gilbert location was an exciting surprise. It's huge! Has a full bar and patio! Very well taken care of and clean! There's a few bartenders/workers who have been there for some time (Kaylee, for example) who are amazing and make my drinks perfect! They do change out their drink menus. My favorite is an "expired one," but they still make it for me almost every time!I take everyone I know or meet here and it's become a fan fav for a lot of them as well.“
“I have been here numerous times with my family and with colleagues. I’m very particular about mexican food as I am from California and this is the best I have found here. The guacamole is super good and we all love the chips and salsa. We have tried the ceviche, flautas, enchiladas, fajitas, and lots of other items and each time they are delicious. There flan and fried ice cream are also our favorites! We can’t wait to go back :)“
“Been going here since they opened 20 something years ago and the quality and service has remained top notch. You can't say that about too many places, which explains their success. You better like cheese if you order anything that comes with it. They are not stingy with it!“
“Get to Topos??. Great burritos (and if cilantro tastes like soap to you…they’ll leave it off) …a phenomenal spot to hang out with friends and have fantastical food?☀️? Make sure to say Hi to Victoria because her bubbly personality will keep you coming back?. An absolute fav “
“Had the Carne Asada tacos they were delicious. The flour tortillas were soft and just right for thickness. The meat was tender and cut to the right size pieces. Prices were pretty good. 4 stars for the single item menu. Every had to be purchased singlely. No combo plates. Rice was a single item Beans single item etc. This makes it if you buy 3 tacos rice and beans and a drink into a very bill. The place is set up very well in the small area they occupy. The staff were very nice and brought our food to the table when it was ready!“
“As someone who has lived in AZ my whole life, I love Mexican. I literally had tacos at my wedding. This place was really delicious. The ambiance is fine, a bit nicer than every other basic Mexican restaurant in town. That being said, the best places usually do have a ridiculously old, "whole in the wall vibe" and they do meet that criteria. I'd definitely have a beer with some friends here before seeing a movie.Service was perfectly fine - nobody was bending over backwards for us but it was prompt and plenty friendly. I often get take out here too so it's mostly a nonissue. Their takeout service is excellent though, the food is always warm all the way home and not a mess in the bags. It's also ready right on time.Lastly, the whole reason to go, the food just flat out rocks. It's no 5 star establishment but it is excellent. I always get a bowl and everything tastes fresh every time. They don't skimp either, like Chipotle always does. They load it up with what you ask for and then some. They also have a ton of options and many things are homemade (the salsa is killer here, the best in Gilbert honestly). You'd be hard pressed to find a disappointing menu item honestly, my wife has tried something different every time and still loves it.Overall, this is the perfect spot to grab a bite with some friends before other nightly plans or if you just want some solid Mexican takeout. I've been a few times and I'm always satisfied.“
“Amazing service in a cool Mexican atmosphere! The cocktails crafted to perfection each time and the team is friendly and welcoming. Kevin took care of us last night he was awesome ?? best cocktails ever the bar tenders are amazing! Will come again when I am in town“
“My son came from Chicago and wanted to have a Sonoran Hot Dog and we found this place. We had 9 hot dogs and none were disappointing. You could order the Sonoran and it has chorizo, beans, bacon, cheese and many other toppings. We had the loaded fries and it was fantastic. The only downside was we ate at picnic tables in the parking lot (a bit chilly), we could have taken the hot dogs home and it would be fine.Parking: Open parking, shopping area.“
“I had the fajitas, and of course, the chips and salsa. Everything is made from scratch there, and you can really tell. Absolutely delicious! I tried the green salsa just to test it out. I’m not normally a green salsa guy, so expectations were low. I could not stop eating the green salsa after I tried it. The chips, fajitas, tortillas…were all delicious. After our awesome waitress Ebony told us how much she loves the rice and beans, I tasted them and understood why. The refried beans are the best I have EVER had. 10 out of 10 place to eat. Everyone was helping each other, and smiling. Friendly staff and great “chill” music. People seem to enjoy working there, and it shows.“
“The food is always amazing and the service cannot be beat. I always have the avocado torta but my husband is a little more adventurous and he tries different things every time we come. This time, he had the pork carnitas with the barracho beans and he loved every bite. We had plans so didn’t have any margaritas this visit, but those have always been delicious! I would strongly recommend trying Isabel’s and we’ll definitely be back when we’re on that side of town.Vegetarian options: As a vegetarian, I crave the avocado and cucumber torta. It is my favorite thing on the menu and is always perfectly prepared.“
“Absolutely amazing in every way imaginable. Especially considering my already high standards due to Arizona s one of the best states for Mexican food .. they blew my taste buds out of this world,! I would definitely drive an extra 20 minutes just to enjoy this restaurant again!“
“Quick and friendly service. Grabbed a bacon breakfast burrito and it was enough for two breakfasts. Large portion and less expensive than other like quick restaurants. I'm usually a green sauce/salsa girl but the red hit the spot with a little more spice to it without blistering the tongue.“
“Absolute love at first bite.Maliyah(I hope I’m spelling it right lol) is the best! The food was amazing and the service was even better. Only the drive thru was open at the time of my visit, very thankful to Maliyah for keeping the place open for us to enjoy.“
“Tried this restaurant for the first time. I'm surprised I've never been here since I live nearby. Coming from a Mexican family, I know real Mexican food. I'm not sure if the tortillas were homemade, as I didn't try them, but everyone said they were fine. At glance, they didn't look homemade but I could be wrong. My Mom had a margarita and wasn't too excited about it, but that's OK. We're here for the eats, not the alcohol. We did enjoy the country music playing in the background.Chips and salsa. Excellent. I love how they bring you three different salsas to choose from. A good Mexican food restaurant begins and ends with good salsa and chips. This place passes the test. A rule of thumb from our family is, if a Mexican food restaurant has great chips and salsa, the rest of the menu will satisfy.Chicken enchilada soup. Excellent. Flavorful and delicious.Chicken fajitas. Excellent. Sizzling hot and everything was fresh. Chicken had great flavor.Combo plate, carne asada tostada/chicken flauta/shredded beef taco. My Son had zero complaints. Said it was great.Mexican pizza. It was perfect. I love their elote. The flatbread was crispy.Everything had so much flavor. Our Server was a recent hire and she did a fantastic job. I can't wait to eat here again.“
“Such a great place to fulfill your cravings. We usually get carne asada fries, asada plate, beef taquitos, and bean & cheese burros. I just found out they have menudo! A friend also told me that she loves the fry bread. Sounds like a great combo! Very nice, clean with wholesome food.“
“This food was absolutely FANTASTIC! My husband and I have lived here quite awhile and this was the only place we haven’t tried since this complex opened. We were pleasantly surprised as the quality of the ingredients down to the flavors were absolutely impeccable! The sweet and spicy cornbread was MOUTH WATERING!The staff was so incredibly friendly and informative. Portions are large enough to have left overs and the space was incredibly clean and subtle. My husband and I were thinking the price was slightly elevated, however, would happily pay again as the portions were liberal and the ingredients were top of the line.“
“this place is AWESOME! only a couple miles from downtown gilbert, HUGE menu with authentic mexican food. not very common you actually find authentic mexican food out here. this place is solid and has anything youll want. all family run so you’re putting food on a family’s table when you support them. they’re also next to a bomb coffee shop, pizza place, spa/nail salon and vintage clothing store in the complex! definitely worth eating here & checking it out?? prices are also pretty solid for the amount & quality you’re getting. very VERY few places comparable to this one.Dietary restrictions: they can work with you on almost anything just let them know! they’re great?Parking: parking is extremely easy. large parking lot.Kid-friendliness: i see kids in here with families almost every time i come inWheelchair accessibility: there is a ramp right in front of the shop & multiple in the complex“
“Went here with my fam gparents and I have to say, they have a lot of choices to choose from! From burritos to nachos, to even "fried ice cream", there really are a lot of options to choose from! Would recommend this to anyone in the area bc the employees are friendly and there's just a lot of chatter going on in the atmosphere.Although you may sometimes have to be patient for your food to come, because you're not the ONLY one ordering food.Dietary restrictions: May contain wheat tortillas for those of you who are allergic to wheat, flour, or corn (In chips).Parking: Not very many spots open when we went, could be wrong at different times.Kid-friendliness: Mostly adults talking and having a fun time! Ofc you can invite your kids, nobody says you're not allowed to.Wheelchair accessibility: Nothing much to say, other than there is reserved parking and just a chill place to hand out.“
“As a breakfast burrito connoisseur, I can not begin to tell you how many breakfast burritos I’ve tried on my search to find the best. When I tell you that Burrito Express’ Breakfast Supreme with Chorizo is the best burrito I’ve ever had. I mean it. I want to scream it from the rooftops. Ran by great people. Lucky to have this place around.“
“Omg! This was a random find and it was so delicious!!! The tacos were stuffed and worth every penny! The salsas were flavorful and actually spicy which you dont find often here in az. It was a very clean seatimg area and even the bathrooms were very clean! Thank you i will make the trip back to this area just to try something else!“
“OMG!!! HANDS DOWN TO ONE OF THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD RESTAURANTS I'VE BEEN TO! I got the Super Nachos with grilled chicken. Let's just say it was so good I didn't waste time on a picture! Me and my 8 year old went to town eating. This all of what was leftover! Will definitely be BACK!!!“
“Really wanted to love this place, but first impression wasn't great. Ordered food to go for the whole family and my wife and daughter ordered chicken protein bowls. Got the food home, and not a single piece of chicken in either bowl. Food was decent though...beans seemed a bit salty.“
“I had the opportunity the other day to come to this restaurant and it was a very clean establishment! I have been to many locations and this one is by far the best! Not only was the food amazing and the associate who help us, George or Jorge, very helpful but this is the first time I have ever been to a Faves with a clean bathroom! Whoever is in charge of doing a very good job and running this place very very well! The associates are very put together and very kind, and did not act like I was a bother in the slightest! Will be returning again, and recommending this out of all the other locations!“
“Always a good quick stop before work to snag a good breakfast. Featured burritos run $5 and they always switch it up. Attached to a Circle K so you can gas up and get what you need to get your day going. There isn't a line out front for nothing. Check it out.“
“Excellent Mexican food with a distinctive flair. The prevalence of mango makes everything better! The outdoor patio is our favorite place when the weather is nice. Be prepared to pay $15+ for an ala carte burrito, with combo plates in the 20s.“
“We have been to the Page location. First visit to the Gilbert location. Service was excellent. I ordered the combination plate 2 item - cheese enchilada and ground beef taco. Their menu had a lot of options so was hard to choose. The food was excellent!“
“Really wanted to love this place, but first impression wasn't great. Ordered food to go for the whole family and my wife and daughter ordered chicken protein bowls. Got the food home, and not a single piece of chicken in either bowl. Food was decent though...beans seemed a bit salty.“
“The employees are absolutely amazing. I ordered lunch here and when I got back to my work, as I got out of my car, the bag ripped and my food went all over the ground. I called and explained the situation, without hesitation, they offered to remake it. I will definitely keep giving them my business and referrals in the future. Hands down 100% best customer service in a while!“
“This place was somewhere we wanted to try. You get amazing portions for the price. Food was pretty bland for me and my partner, we did try to doctor it up with sauces. Great environment, and very affordable, but in terms of taste, it wasn't bad, just a bit dull. The staff was on it and very kind.“
“Flavors that are really a cut above. Bold, terrific combinations of herbs and spices. Everything I’ve tried has been a pleasure. I feel it’s a place for people who want a dining experience with strong and exciting flavors. It’s definitely a place I look forward to going back to each time. The atmosphere is extremely casual-a great place to go with friends. (I always think I’ve found my favorite dish and then I try something new!) Service can be slow sometimes but the food never disappoints.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible for persons in a wheelchair.“
“We seem to order take out from here about once a week for the past several years, I'd say it's our family's favorite fast Mexican food. Close to us and easy to order takeout, and the food has been pretty consistent for us over the years. We've taken out of town visitors to eat in the restaurant and ordered from the catering menu for parties. My husband likes the big burritos that fill him up, they are two meals for me. I think the salads are also good, but also the only item that seems to have shrunk in size over the years. Our kids enjoy the bean and cheese burritos, tacos or kids cheese quesadillas and we love the red salsa the best.“
“Great visits both times in drive thru and going inside! I think is my new favorite Filabertos location hands down. The portions definitely make you feel like you’re getting your monies worth which is always a satisfying experience. Awesome flavor!!“
“I don't want to ding a locally owned place with a bad review. I actually didn't eat here because THEY HAVE NO PUBLIC RESTROOM. I drove up from Tucson and was about to "die". A public restroom was what I needed before eating lunch. So, I went across the street to an Asian place. Great spot...with a restroom.Maybe they have a good reason for not having a public restroom?? But when you need one, you need one. And they don't have one.“
“Quick Service but with sit-down quality. We've seen this restaurant and hadn't visited but were interested. Saw a post from a friend on FB and decided we'd have dinner here. For less than a sit-down restaurant, we picked 4 tacos that were street styled but twice as large as the usual. Don't miss the Baja Shrimp, Tipsy Chick, Crossroads and the Trailer Trash tacos. We also picked Mexican Streetcorn and Chips & Green Chile Queso as sides. They also did not disappoint. We're even more thrilled to learn there's a location closer to home.“
“The best tacos and burritos in the East Valley. Period.Parking: You might have to park behind the building. The thing that makes it difficult is that during dinner time especially on the weekend, the drive-thru line extends through a whole row of cars. So backing out of those spaces is pretty tricky. It's not the restaurants fault, they're just so damn good!“
“Had lunch there yesterday and the food was terrible. The chips where old and when I went to order three items I had to pick the same items three times. My choice was a Taco, Enchilada and a Torstada. The food , I would rate it at a 1 out of a 10. I will never go back there . Very disappointed.“
“Los Favs Taco has truly impressed me with their delicious and authentic flavors. The diverse menu offers a wide range of options, from classic favorites to unique and inventive creations. The quality of the ingredients shines through in every bite, and the friendly staff adds to the overall enjoyable dining experience. Whether you're a taco enthusiast or just looking for a satisfying meal, Los Favs Taco is a definite winner in my book!“
“stopped here on a whim. Very impressive food. Had tacos with chicken and al pastor and a quesadilla with al pastor. The pastor here is delicious. I would go here every week if it wasn't so far from my house. Highly recommend to those who like real tacos.“
“Hands down my favorite restaurant in town. Often picked as my birthday spot if that says anything. Met friends, sat on the patio. Mexican Street corn off the cobb as an app with chips is a must (put the extra on your tacos). Everyone says the fish tacos are the best but I think its the pork adobada personally...juciy and so flavorfull. Blood orange margarita is a go-to fave. A whole table of photographers and none of us took a photo of our food. You don't need photos...it's damn good. Just go.“
