Always a crowd favorite! I like that we can change up the icing styles on the cakes. I have an online ordering girlie and it's always so easy. Plus they sometimes have $5 off of $30 deals/coupons going on which is nice, be on the look out for those. Everyone is always so friendly when picking the order- fast service. All the employees here are so kind and very giving with their smiles! They make you feel very special and cared for! Every customer that came in here in while waiting on my order was so impressed and happy with the employees customer service! Thank you all!

I have to say that I just had the most amazing customer experience! I placed an order for an Easter party and unfortunately I sent it to the wrong store. On top of that technology got in the way and I was about to give up and just forget about the $35 I spent. I called and spoke to Kristen at the Gilbert location and rather than tell me she couldn't help me she took my info, said she'd call the other store and take care of it. I just picked up my order with no issue at all!
