I went into this place with the wrong expectations, and that's my fault, so I'm not going to reduce points for that. Sushi Brokers is NOT a quick bite, low price place. You will end up spending roughly $30-$50 depending on how much you personally can eat. They are, however, incredibly friendly, and amazingly helpful in selecting and assisting any questions you have. Sushi Brokers is one of my favorite restaurants of all time. Always amazing fresh quality sushi. Amazing Kitchen Menu with Option for everyone to enjoy. The rolls were very small and low quality as far as the fish flavor. Way too expensive for what it is. Edamame was made soft, mushy, and otherwise difficult to eat and enjoy. (Apparently that was the intention). Las Vegas was good for the fried tempura but nothing else about it was notable. Cowboy, Sunshine, and Alaskan was also ordered, cowboy was off as far as flavor and quality but so far no ill affects.
