This is the CLEANEST fast food restaurant I’ve ever been in. The bathrooms even looked brand new. I’m not sure if they just remodeled or if it’s just always been this way but I was very impressed. Nothing is more appetizing than a really clean restaurant. Good job
Albert made everyone feel welcome. He was extremely pleasant. My mom said she wished she had an employee like him. He kept your attention so the wait didn't seem long. Our order was correct. My only complaint was... when he gave me back my change he announced to the room "your change is $11.59." I felt like I was a target. Since we landed in Phoenix this morning we've been approached by 3 different men asking for a hand out. We were at Arby's at 1pm.

Albert and his team do a wonderful job. Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly, food was hot and delivered to my table. Albert was patrolling the lobby and checking on people food and asking if they needed anything. A+ service...I'll be back for more roast beef!
