I pulled into the empty drive through where the screen wasn’t even on, good thing I know my order. Someone came on and asked me if I could give them a min. (There was 3 cars in the parking lot). Then a trucker pulled into the second drive through spot. Two more cars pull up behind us. I’m waiting patiently while about 5 mins pass. Then I hear “how can I help you?” On the speaker to the truck that pulled in after me. So I decided to leave. This place needs to get it together.

They never put cheese on my whoppers when I ask. I went to get it corrected, and they wanted to charge me 80 cents. The order taker I guess just doesn't listen and didn't even charge me for the cheese. Learn how to listen when you're taking an order.

This Burger King is horribly slow. You think the reason would be because they are super busy. But no. Only car in the drive way. Pulled up at 4:31 and now pulling away 4:47. My order was a fry n chicken nuggets. 3.35 cents.

I was just there and it will be the last time I go to this BK. 1)I was not greeted, not even when I paid at the drive through, no hi no thanks. 2) I was not given a receipt. 3) I was not given two apple juices for my kids. Manager you definitely need to work on your teams customer services.

This place is very fast and im surprised about that. Blew my mind when I was being help by Jorge in the drive thru, he didn't mention anything about needing a second after offering me help. He left me speaking to myself for about 2 minutes, after he came back to the speaker he told me that he told me he would need a second to help operate the cooking line. Only thing that gets to me is the fact that he lied and wasn't transparent. Trying to make the customer seem foolish. Furthermore, during his operations he must have had the speaker on the entire time I was asking where he went, and he left me without a response.

Today's service was beyond terrible. First, I waited for a long time in the drive thru for them to tell me they were not taking orders, that I had to go to the lobby so I did. When I asked for the bathroom code, the bathrooms were out of service. I placed a large order, all of the burgers with NO onion. It took them a long time to be ready and all of them had onions. They didn't have the sauce I wanted and they forgot to give me 4 drinks.I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Waited for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Employees were not friendly at all. I ordered chicken sandwich and the bread was burnt. Not pleased.

I was stuck in the drive through for 40 minutes. They rook forever to take the order and even longer tonmake it. The pñace is dirty and full of people on drugs. Dont get me started on the restroom. Dont go.

Drive thru should be for fast service! Not ignore customers said I'm ready..3x nothing said hellooo..3x nothing left very unhappy
