Came today (2/28/24) around 1ish was about to buy an orange Julius but I asked for a cup of water. Then lady helping me said she had to charge me and my baby cousin which is 3 years old for the water cup. I asked her when did they start charging for water cups and she said they have always done that. Then rudely said it’s not like it’s 115 degrees out and that it’s their cups so they can charge. I was astonished because I’ve never been treated like that before at a dairy queen just because I asked for a water cup. I ended up canceling my order and leaving. I would give zero stars if I could because of her customer service.
Quick to get order, said what we wanted -they repeated back something else, we restated (3x repeated wrong item), manager heard and assisted.Everything came up really quick and was good.Staff were pleasant and very quick, handled the flow of people well.Prices have definitely gone up, a mini blizzard is now $6.

Walked in at 8:01pm and the tables and chairs were already up and the workers there said that the dining area was closed after we sat on the benches. They made an 85 year old woman eat outside when it was 105 degrees out! This was on August 2nd 2023. The employees didn't care about us at all. Will never go back to this location. They don't actually close till 9pm. We saw a lot of people get the boot. The guy working was the one doing it....he was very rude about it too.

The shop looked clean.. and although busy.. I got my vanilla cherry dipped cone right away..this is my first time having any dipped cone… the cherry was good…

So bomb on a hot day especially when your walking around outside highly recommend stopping and enjoying your cold treat in the cool air.

The ice cream was good but they had 5 people working or at least behind the counter. And the young man that took my order was way less than friendly!
Walked in at 8:44 on 6/30/23 and the tables and chairs were already up and the workers there said that they were closed. I told them that it was 8:44 and that the sign says that they close at 9. She just shrugged off that fact in a very dismissive way like she didn't gaf. No wonder the rating is so low at this place.

Went in with my son to get a blizzard, went in the app to redeem it and was very rudely told they they didn't have a scanner, asked what we could do, or if I could just place a mobile order since it was an option on the app, was told bet rudely that they didn't do mobile orders either even though it says I can in their app, I ask if there is anything else I can do and she's like no as if I was inconveniencing her. Rude staff and not helpful, would not recommend at all. Would give 0 out of 5 if I could. Need to train staff better DQ

Great frozen treats, but don't go here expecting to eat a meal. The 3 options they do have are awful and WAY overpriced. Just make sure to eat before you come for dessert.
