This place is never opened after 4p.m. and recently is been closed due to maintenance issues. The food has become smaller portions. Me and my husband use to love going to there not anymore. I don't recommend going anymore there's always something wrong with this place.

Called to make sure they were open. Said they closed at 4 arrive 41 minutes before close and everything is locked up. No one is answering phones either. Not the best way to run a business.

Place is absolutely garbage. Sad this is what’s left of the brand. Was craving a burger with the kid so we gave it a chance. Smells like sewage when you walk in. My burger meat was not terrible but not the “fresh ground beef” flavor you’d expect. Hopefully they die off for good.

The place stunk really bad ... So much so, they had to leave the door wide open in the cold December weather just so the dining room smell was tolerable. After going to the women's restroom, it was clear that the stench was coming from a large puddle of putrid water on the floor of the ladies room.We brought it to the attention of the counter staff that said they would take care of it. It was lip service. They did nothing. This is a health hazard. Kids were excited to come here to play the crane games. All of them are set with such weak claws that it is impossible to get even close to winning anything even after spending 20+ dollars. They have a Coke Freestyle machine, but almost every single flavor was empty/gone/sold out. There was no Coke, no Dr. Pepper, no lemonade other than blueberry flavored lemonade, etc. There was an annoying lady who kept coming to our table over and over again to ask if we were finished/take our plates. VERY FRUSTRATING. She must have come over at least 4 times. We will not be returning until/unless many, if not most of these issues are addressed.

I absolutely love Fuddruckers. The ones we had in North Dakota closed because of covid. So I was insanely happy to go while visiting my brother in Phoenix. The only downside, their fancy Coke dispensers, one was completely out of order, the other only had maybe a quarter of the options available.Other than that, GREAT food!
