Bagels are great, but the hot pastrami was like a sad, BLT. 1 slice of pastrami with a ton of lettuce, mayo, tomato… wasn’t what I was expecting.

We ordered two breakfast bagel sandwiches over the phone then went to pick the up 20 minutes later. They weren't ready but when we announced ourselves, they prioritized the order. The food was great. I was blown away by a few things. First, they are busy (visited Sunday morning). There were ten cuatomers on site, plus two food delivery drivers. Most of the business was call in or order online, and to go. So clearly, to expedite your trip, do one of those two things. They took walk-in orders and the wait was only 5 to 7 minutes. No big deal.Second, it seemed most of the pickup orders were for large parties. People were walking out with several large bags each. Factor that into your lead time.Third they are well staffed. They had five people I could see and maybe another one or two in the back I couldn't see.Fourth, there's plenty of indoor seating and a large outdoor seating area as well. You can see the menu online but a breakfast bagel sandwich was around $8-$9; and a bagel with only cream cheese was around $2.50 - $3.50.Final thought. There is not an infinite supply of your favorite bagel so order early. They were out of Cinnamon Raisin by 9: 00 AM.Enjoy!Parking: You can park right in front.Kid-friendliness: No playground but they could move around a bit without bothering anyone.Wheelchair accessibility: No barriers to entry amd tables with chairs easily moved to accommodate a wheelchair.

This place used to be SO good. Not anymore. The bagels are too puffy..not like they were in the beginning. They used to be like NY bagels. Nope. The prices are ridiculous! Over SEVEN dollars for an egg, bacon cheese bagel and they give TWO slices of bacon. It's like it's not even there. I'm done with this place.

Two stars for my recent visit only because of such poor customer service. Have been coming here for years and still love the bagels and sandwiches, and prices are average to a little high though. Here's my issue with them. They say they are open until 3 PM, but usually I get there between 12 and 1 for lunch as I did last Sunday. Every time I get there at that time, they act like it is a burden on them to come in, and they are already cleaning out the bagels from the bins that show you what kind they have. They also seem to run out of most selections before 1 PM. Last Sunday a male employee was just clearing out all of the bagels from their bins and putting them in a large bucket as I walked in and had no idea what was left. I asked the cashier and she didn't know for sure what they had. So I started throwing types out there and finally hit one they had. If you are open for 2 plus more hours, why do this to your customers? Even finishing the order seemed to put them off for asking for mayo instead of mustard on my turkey sandwich. As I was eating, they started moving the tables around and cleaning everything. This makes customers not feel welcome. Wait till closing to do that. I saw 3 other customers come in and try to order and overheard each one of them say "are you out of bagels" or "how do I know what you still have to sell?" Just doesn't make sense to clear your shelves 2 hours or more before you close. If you are going to do this, just close at noon then.

Ordered 2 Everything Bagels, Toasted with Cream Cheese.... got 2 Everything Bagels, not toasted 1 with cream cheese and 1 with butter. My receipt is even right.... not sure how you mess that up.

My SO introduced me to this place a couple weeks ago and we love it! The food is great every time. We haven’t experienced any problems with the service. I look forward to our next visit!

Not the vibe you are used to at the other locations. Customers seem to be an inconvenience each time I come in. They have chosen to leave up their extra large plexiglass divider which kind of summarizes the feeling and the establishment. Many of the people can't hear through the plexiglass because the staff mumbles and seems oblivious that it's difficult to communicate through the glass. When you're in there watch how many people try to talk around the glass and it's an obvious inconvenience. The food is not the same quality as the other locations.

It's kind of a dive. Dirty tables, floor and overflowing trashcan that nobody seemed to care about. Ruined my Appétite.
