It's been a few years since I have eaten at a Jersey Mike's. After discovering my Shore points were still good, (their rewards program,) I decided to stop in for lunch. Sandwiches are made when ordered. While the menu lists what is on each sandwich, the person making mine confirmed what I wanted on the sandwich. I ended up adding a couple of spicy elements to the roast beef sandwich. Sandwiches may also be ordered online, over the phone, or through their app. Like many other sandwich shops, chips and cookies are also available for purchase. The inside components of my sandwich were fresh. Meat and cheese are sliced to order. My bread was stale at one end. That was the end I started at. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable sandwich. I ordered a large sandwich to have some for later. The sandwich remained unsoggy when I finished it. Jersey Mike's carries Pepsi products, and Stubborn soda. Soda fountain is located near the front, or grab a drink from the drink refrigerator towards the back.If looking for a place to work while eating, Jersey Mike's may be the place. The tables along the wall across from the deli counter all appear to have outlets at them. (I did not check all the tables, but from where I was sitting, they all appeared to.) The outlets are above the tables for easy customer access.

A very busy location given proximity to the Arizona Cardinals Stadium and Westgate Entertainment District. It is worth navigating the area to eat here. Always greeted with a smile an actual genuine smile. Management always seems to be present and engaging customers while employees follow suit with the same enthusiasm. I’m pretty simple with my orders and my go to is the Original Italian Mikes Way. Big fan of the bread being consistent as far as freshness. When ordering from here through mobile app is what I did and arrived at approximate pick up time but the order wasn’t quite ready. Being that it is such a high volume location, I am patient and have no problem waiting on good quality food and service. The time was less than 10 minutes if that. Great Job to the staff. A+Parking: I just think that the developers of the complex were thinking the exponential growth wasn’t going to be to the degree that it is. But again, it is an entertaining district with all sorts of attractions, restaurants, shopping etc.

Love their sandwich(es). I've only ever ordered one (the #7, Mike's way without onions and salt on Asiago bread), and it's ALWAYS refreshing.I do have a couple of dings... 1) There is some inconsistently with orders. I always use the app, where you can reorder your previous order, and there will still be issues. This is mostly to do with a new face every other time I walk in there. It is hard to train employees when turnover is high. 2) I rarely ever order in store. If there is even the smallest line, you won't reach the cashier until 15+ minutes later. 3) It is loud in there. I wouldn't dine in mainly because the music volume is too loud. Fortunately, this doesn't affect the taste and their App makes ordering easy and quick!
