I've never been to this place. I got a turkey and ham add bacon combo. I wasn't sure how anything worked, I assumed it's just like any other sub place.I figured out the sandwich. I wasn't given any options about bread. The topping is very limited. I got it pretty fast. Well, when I got home, the sandwich was COLD like the bread had been in the fridge, and they had just taken it out. It made it hard to bit, and somehow, the sub was flavorless. Just was disappointed in them. Will not be returning

I needed 34 box lunches for a club meeting on a Saturday at 10:45 am. On Thursday I talked to Carol, the manager, about how to make this happen. Carol walked me through the process, took my order and assured me the box lunches would be ready on time on Saturday. And they were! The sandwiches were fresh and delicious, as were the cookies and chips. Thanks to Carol and her team, lunch was a big hit with the club.

First off a woman came in before me insisting they should have a takeout order for her. When she showed them the app/ order she was in the wrong place and the staff were so nice to her. I ordered and ready in minutes. The tomato and lettuce were fresh! Bread is a little hard on ends and that's why 4 stars. I would go back though.

We order here all the time. They used to be timely with delivery but they have been regularly taking 1.5 to almost 2 hours to deliver???! This is beyond ridiculous. I will not be ordering from here anymore. Who wants a soggy sandwich and a hot drink?!

I ordered the Country Club that is turkey & avocado! I got some ham crappy sandwich with some turkey. Close enough, right?! No! To top it off, when trying to call about the incorrect order, the phone number they have will NOT connect!!! The call ends immediately. I've been trying for 30 minutes. Last time they forgot a sandwich, this time I got the wrong sandwich & they can't be contacted. I'm contacting BBB on this location. I'm done!

This place is an absolute joke. I really wish that I could give negative stars. You can't advertise "freaky fast" when it takes longer than if I ordered a deep dish pizza. What is wrong with the people running this store? I live a mile down the road. I only ordered 1 sandwich. I called the store and asked if my sandwich was going to be delivered and their answer was "yeah, we got 1 driver". Someone could have walked to my house faster. No offer to make it right in any way. Absolutely unprofessional idiots who I'm sure feel like they deserve more pay. It took literally an hour and a half. I will never order from them again.

former employee from a few years ago here, i held off on writing this review for a long time but i felt compelled to write this review after some timesomebody will get sick herenobody who works here is in possession of a food handlers card or serv safe verification and the basics of food saftey are not taught in this business, the owners and by extension their management team do not care about their employees and are only concerned with profit, i would advise anybody against working here and if you want a subpar jimmy johns experience then by all means eat here but just know that there are better sandwich shops than this and their sister location (83rd & Thunderbird)i will be leaving this same review on their other store because the sentiment holds true for both

Walked in at 12:45 Sunday, was not greeted or welcomed, I stood in front of the counter for 2 minutes still not having been acknowledged by the three workers. I get it if you're busy (you weren't))But at least say hello and let me know you'll be with me shortly... something....anything...Food was fresh, good and fast, but I'm huge on customer service and leaving tips.
