Simply put, their employees do not care.Three times in the last three weeks we’ve dealt with their terrible service.First time, the kid working the counter has his earphones in and messed up our shakes altogether.Second time, March 23rd, he likely used a dirty blender and made a chocolate protein shake that tasted fruity. When asked to remake it he decided to start talking under his breath.Today, March 28th the young lady rushed us out and did not put in our number after we asked, and we did not get our free shake as a result. Unnecessary cost to me when I had earned a free shake, but nothing matters.These employees have no pride, they don’t care and this location sucks. Take your money elsewhere. This is disrespectful.

False advertising on prices on their products. They are labled cheaper than what they charge. i didnt notice the price difference until i got home, and they couldnt reimburse me the difference.

Just started coming to this one. Close to work. One associate particular is extremly unprofessional and rude. She does not help you understand what ur ordering if ur new to the store. Blonde young lady was very pleasant tho.

Very dissatisfied with our service today.My girlfriend, sister, brother-in-law and I stopped in and purchased some shakes after our workout. We spent a short time drinking our shakes inside and talking, out of the way of other customers that came in.After a few minutes, the worker behind the counter told us we couldn’t stay if we weren’t going to buy anything and that we were loitering.Funny since we’d just bought shakes from this location. Additionally, we saw no signs saying “no loitering”.I’ve been a loyal customer of one-stop for some time but this makes me heavily consider not coming back. Evidently, they don’t want their customers spending too much time in the store unless we’re going to shell out more cash.

I've been frequenting here on and off for many years. I was really disappointed when I came in on a Tuesday morning and received subpar service. I had inquired about their whey alternative powered for their smoothie and the employee did not know what it was. She assumed it was soy based but didn't bother to check. When I told her I was allergic to whey and avoid soy she basically shrugged her shoulders and said she was sorry but she assumed it's soy based since it's a whey alternative. I ended up leaving empty handed. Sad. Because they have good smoothies. I thought about it more and am now wondering why she didn't offer to check the ingredients and also why she didn't know for fact if it's soy based or not.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! There is no "hello" and when we walked up to the counter for a shake, they act like your inconveniencing them from doing ABSOLUTELY nothing at all! Honestly, if your not getting a shake by a bunch of unhappy people , just buy your stuff on AMAZON because at least the delivery drivers are hard workers and smile when you see them!

Horrible...the girl working there today had one of the worst attitudes and was extremely rude. I do get alot of my protien shakes from one stop around the valley and the people there are always very nice and professional but today was NOT a good experience..I didn't catch her name but I do hope this gets look into.
