Excited to use my panda points but the cashier said I had no pointsI showed her my accumulated points but she said sorry the points are not taking anything off. Cashier shrugged me off and didn't make any attempt to figure out or ask for help if she didn't know. Poor customer service so why bother using app
The last 5 delivery orders have all had something wrong. I ask for sauces, nothing. I mean, not even teriyaki sauce for Chicken Teriyaki. Last order didn’t have sauces, of course, and didn’t include my drink (I ordered through the app). I tried to call and nobody answered. I write corporate and no reply.They’ve got an amazing product, but the service needs some work.

Unfortunately this location is probably the worst experience I've had at a Panda Express. My chicken was completely burnt, dry, and flavorless. The super greens smelt spectic. Also when they gave me my juice the cup was half full and warm (even after adding additional ice to it). Overall it was completely unappetizing. I feel like it will be awhile before I return to another Panda Express again.
