Found this restaurant by accident and I'm happy to say that this is now our go to place for the most delicious Mexican food. The homemade tortillas are delicious. I will recommend Restaurante Tu Pueblo to everyone.

The meals that my girlfriend and I had were not good to the taste and were brought cold. I believe we were one of 2 tables and food was still brought out cold. That doesn’t bode well for Mexican food when heat is essential to the meal. My tamales were cold in the inside. Only the sauce was warm to the touch. I won’t be going back here. 1st impressions are critical when there is a hundred more places to eat.

SPANISH VERSION.We always come to this restaurant with my parents. This time I brought my boyfriend. We arrived and the atmosphere was very good. We ordered food and drinks. We were having a good time. The food arrives. My boyfriend ordered a carne asada quesadilla and I ordered an order of birria cheese. We started eating and everything was normal. My boyfriend asks the waitress for guacamole and cream. The waitress brings it and everything is still very good.I start eating the center of one of the tacos. And I felt a hair in my mouth but I thought it was my own hair. I tried to take the hair out of my mouth and follow the hair with my fingers. I see that the hair is coming out of the taco I'm eating. It made me very sick. I called the waitress and showed her the hair is stuck inside the taco cheese. I pulled my hair and the heel came dragging behind my hair. I even raised my hair and the Taco was still attached. The hair was black and this season I had very white and platinum Cassi blonde hair.The waitress began to apologize to one and removed the plate. He offered me to choose something else from the menu. I chose some golden tacos according to. The tacos arrive and I see that it is Tinga (scrambled chicken with red sauce and cream) in a cascade of Tacos that you buy at Taco Bell. The ones that are already golden and formed. I thought the golden tacos come rolled in a tortilla and grilled with oil. I was honestly very disappointed because I felt like they did the bare minimum to give me another plate.I was aware that I was on a date with my boyfriend so I didn't want to make a fuss much less call the manager to come to the table. And the bill arrives and in my head I say I don't think they are going to charge me for everything especially because there was a hair on the plate that I grabbed and that plate was not cheap. That dish cost $18 AND the golden tacos they served me looked like they were $2 each.Being an idiot, I forgot to take a photo of the hair and the food.I'm finally looking at the bill and I see that they charged me for EVERYTHING. Even the guacamole and cream. I was very disappointed because my parents go every Sunday or every other Sunday. I thought they were going to charge 50% of the expensive dish that they ruined. Or maybe you won't charge me for the guacamole and cream.I won't go again and it makes me so sad because I thought the atmosphere was very good and that they always treated you like family here.
