Today my daughter and I went to this location. She was so excited to get her own drink. The kindness we received from Hadley was truly something I can't put in to words the way she deserves. My daughter is special in many ways and is easily blown off. My heart will forever be happy and smile with joy from this encounter. Hadley I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are a beautiful person. Side note ....drinks were delicious Xoxo

It was an uber each delivery. I never go there personally because their prices are way too high.

We often talk about kindness, sometimes it comes as patience. Ethan, really great kid. Starbucks system was down, so you had to order through the mobile app. He not only helped those who didn’t know how to order on the app, but those who spoke no English! HE OWNED IT! This is the best customer service. As far as his co-workers…. Allstars! They continued to work, and they picked it up, while he assisted customers. Not a complaint from them, just straight hustling! This is teamwork. Starbucks I hope you recognize them, you didn’t lose customers today, and we were not turned away.

I love this location. It’s always in and out when I place my mobile orders. The employees always smile and have a good attitude. But this time my coffee didn’t taste right. I think it was missing the milk and I could tell by the dark color it wasn’t right. Whoever made it had to of noticed before putting it out. I know it’s a luxury to have your coffee made for you so life goes on.

Like this location, but it’s kind of tucked away in the back. The girls were super friendly and if I lived in that area I would go back there all the time.

3 stars because the bathroom was disgusting. Unsure who has cleaning duties as it's a split business that shares a hallway to each other, but man, does that area need supervision.

I was nearby for an appointment so decided to grab Starbucks for a pick me up. This location is connected to an Einstein Bagel, they share a bathroom. Anyway, it was ok, small inside. There was no wait so I got my drinks. Staff were friendly. Didn't look newer inside, could use some updating.

Going to take this as an opportunity to give my whole annoyed spiel on the tipping absurdity.I will preface by saying I worked in customer service for years and would have never, ever in a million years treated someone worse because they didn't tip. However, this has happened to me multiple times, and I know it has happened to other people as well. I will also say that I have a job that RELIES ON TIPS, I have a job that is historically known to receive tipis for actual work and services that have been provided, and the low salary reflects this. So given those two things, I have to say that I'm truly disgusted when I pay at the register, and the cashier gives me a dirty look and a reluctant farewell instead of what I HAD BEEN accustomed to for years....a pleasant " thank you and have a nice day!" With a smile. If I don't tip, I don't get a thank you for being a patron and buying from the establishment, and I don't get a pleasant farewell OR a wish for a nice day. What I get is more close to a grunt, if they haven't just decided to completely ignore me all together and turn around before even wishing me a farewell and before I have even walked away. This is absolutely shameful. And you people who are so entitled need to recognize that there are people who come to your establishment who work for low pay and depend on tips, and are NOT going to want to tip you for asking what their order is and pushing buttons on a cash register. In fact, it actually angers me that you even pressure people into tipping like this, because by doing this you're potentially taking tips away from the people who do work and get paid primarily ONLY with tips! You're ruining the tipping ecosystem with your entitlement and greed. You are NOT OWED A TIP and we do not HAVE TO give you a tip. Your job is to provide good and pleasant service. That is what you're paid to do, and to be perfectly frank, these businesses should NOT even be asking their customers for tips. So this is the kind of thing I encountered when I came to this Starbucks. I'm not sure what has happened to this world but it seems a little like everyone has gone crazy. And these younger generations especially think they are owed everything. It's really abhorrent.I don't expect that this attitude or behavior will change anytime soon..but you should at least know that you're completely out of line with your behavior, attitude, and expectations.
